Ingredients:

  • 1 lb pre-made pizza dough, thawed
  • 4 oz thinly sliced prosciutto
  • 8 oz goat cheese
  • 10-12 fresh figs, stemmed and sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Flaky sea salt and black pepper

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 450 F. Roll or stretch the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle on a sheet of parchment paper. Transfer to a baking sheet.
  • Spread the goat cheese over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edge. Top with prosciutto slices, overlapping slightly.
  • Arrange fig slices over the prosciutto in a single layer. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with rosemary, salt and pepper.
  • Fold the border of dough over the figs, prosciutto and cheese, pleating as you go, to form a rustic looking border. Brush the dough with a bit of olive oil.
  • Bake until the crust is golden brown, about 15-20 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes, then slice and serve.
